Always On Show was founded in 2022 by Rachel, a British-trained stylist with a vision to create a salon that felt personal and welcoming, somewhere you could feel completely at home from the moment you walked through the door.
Our first home opened in JVC, Dubai, with a simple idea: good, honest beauty for the everyday woman. No pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a talented team who take the time to listen, understand what you want and create beautiful hair & beauty that works for you and your lifestyle.
As AOS grew, so did the vision.
In 2026, we opened our second home in Arjan, Dubai, evolving AOS into a complete hair & beauty studio and bringing hair, nails, brows, lashes and beauty treatments together under one roof.
Across both locations, the heart of AOS remains the same — relaxed, personal and rooted in good, honest beauty.

Originally from the UK, Rachel has called Dubai home since 2008. A mum of three with over 20 years in the hair industry, she has always had a love for creativity, people and making others feel good about themselves.
After years behind the chair, Rachel knew she wanted to create something of her own — a salon that felt welcoming, personal and a little different from the traditional salon experience.
In 2022, that vision became Always On Show, opening its first home in JVC, Dubai.
What started as a boutique hair studio has since grown into so much more. In 2026, Rachel opened AOS Beauty Studio in Arjan, Dubai, expanding the brand into hair and beauty while holding onto everything AOS was built around — good, honest beauty, a great team and a space where people can simply be themselves.
Still very much a creative at heart, Rachel loves being around people, bringing ideas to life and constantly finding ways to evolve AOS while keeping it true to what it was created to be.

At Always On Show, we’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact while maximizing the beauty and wellness of our clients.
We carefully select products that are not only effective but also environmentally responsible. Many of our product lines are cruelty-free, vegan, and made with sustainable ingredients.
Our salon is designed with energy efficiency in mind, from LED lighting to water-saving fixtures and energy-efficient appliances.
We’ve implemented comprehensive recycling programs and use biodegradable or recyclable packaging whenever possible to minimize waste.
We regularly participate in community initiatives and support local environmental causes to give back to the community that has supported us.
